With a strong commitment to supporting the District community, the Purchasing Department will provide assistance with requisitions for warehouse stock and/or goods and services, contracts, bids, equipment inventory, update the vendor list, IVisions training, price quotes for equipment, furniture, supplies and order status. Contact this department to report theft replacement, copier repair/supplies, and delivery problems. Also contact this department for return of goods for replacement or credit.
Contact the Warehouse to coordinate transport of furniture, band equipment, and teacher classroom materials. Call this site for pick-up of electronic equipment surveyed for auction and textbook and library book distribution. Return used toner cartridges (Xerox and HP) to this site for recycling.
